simple background +$10-$20 (you will not be charged for something as simple as shapes, colors, frames, etc)

extra animals, pets, or companions will be + 50%-100% of base price depending on size and complexity

Payment must be 50% upfront then 50% upon commission completion, or full upfront

I am unable to start work until 50% or 100% of payment is received

Refunds will not be granted unless under specific circumstances

I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason

I retain copyright over the artwork

I can post the commission on sites, use it on social media and any other means of promoting myself(unless given reason otherwise!)

I may take up to 3 weeks or more to finish a commission depending on complications once i’ve started

You cannot trace, copy or claim the artwork as your own

You agree to use it exclusively for personal non-profit use. You cannot make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, merchandise etc. unless it is clearly stated it is intended for commercial use)

You cannot use my art for any kind of NFT, AI, etc

i will send many WIPS of the art throughout the commission process, but you are still allowed to request to see a WIP whenever you please. note that i may not have worked on it since the last WIP shown

You must provide me with a reference or detailed description of what you need

Must provide deadline if there is one

Properly credit me for the design and my artwork

I can hold payed adopts for up to one week if you are interested but can’t buy right away

Adopts that can be gotten with art i can hold for any duration as long as i am kept updated (with limitations ofc, like if you’re gone for months and don’t respond back yknow)

I accept paying off adopts in increments! but they will not be transferred until full amount is payed. if you send an increment, realize you won’t be able to send the rest, and tell me then i will refund you

buying with commercial use is +$50(small businesses) and +$150(large businesses)

Change the design so much that the character is unrecognizable

change anything about the character, like gender, age, name etc

Retrade, resell, regift, raffle off, whatever! you can resell it for any amount

edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the artwork(s) for advertising

Use my art or designs for AI training, AI edits, or NFTS

Redesign and claim the resulting design as fully your creation

Use the design to propagate a hateful, immoral and/or illegal agenda (e.g. homophobia, racism, pedophilia, zoophilia, etc).Using the design to portray these issues is fine, but not to endorse them

Delete the character profile (I can't control you, but it would be greatly appreciated if you gave them back or to someone who will use them)
